Brawl Stars lost account: use Supercell ID and official recovery
How to organise safe account evidence and avoid recovery scams.

- Check the Supercell ID account list and email.
- Collect Player ID and safe progress details.
- Use official support and protect the email account.
Use Supercell ID before recovery
Supercell recommends linking the game to Supercell ID so the account can be found across supported devices. If the account is already linked, open the game’s Supercell ID flow and check the listed account instead of starting a second profile. Search your own email for Supercell ID messages, but never give a verification code to another person.
Collect only safe account evidence
Support may need the Player ID, in-game name, device, approximate progress and purchase information through its official form. Keep payment details and email access private. A Player ID can help support locate a lost account, but it is not a password and is not enough by itself to prove ownership.
Avoid recovery scams
Use Brawl Stars Support or Supercell ID Support from the official domains. Do not install a modified APK, pay a stranger, forward a login code or trust a social-media “recovery agent”. If the account was compromised, secure the email and linked accounts first, then provide the requested facts through the official support flow.
