Genshin Impact redeem codes: verify status before trying them
A safe workflow for active, expired and unverified codes.
Verification checklist
- Check the official source and publication date.
- Use the official redemption page or in-game path.
- Label expired codes instead of recycling old lists.
Active means currently verifiable
Genshin codes are time-sensitive and may be limited by account, region or Adventure Rank. Treat one as active only when an official HoYoverse announcement or redemption flow confirms it on the date checked. A copied list without a publication date is not evidence, and an expired code should never sit in an active list.
Redeem and diagnose
Use the official HoYoverse redemption page for the correct account and server, or the in-game redemption path when available. Copy the code exactly, confirm the message and check in-game mail. If it fails, check expiry, server, Adventure Rank and whether the code was already used before assuming the site is broken.
Do not inflate a code page
Keep active, expired and unverified codes in separate states with a checked date. Do not invent reward amounts, repeat old livestream codes or ask for a HoYoverse password. When there are no verified active codes, saying so is more useful than recycling a stale list.
