Check the event page first
Community Day dates, local start and end times, featured Pokémon, bonuses, special move and ticket details are event-specific. Use Pokémon GO Live’s official event page immediately before playing; do not infer the next event from an old checklist. Local time and bonus windows are the details most likely to cause a missed reward.
Prepare the account and route
Clear Pokémon and item storage, charge the phone, pack Poké Balls and berries, and decide where you can play safely with reliable signal. Save a few Pinap Berries for the featured Pokémon and leave space for catches before the bonus window, but do not spend premium items until the event page confirms the objective.
During and after the event
Recheck the event page if the game connection fails, and keep screenshots or receipts only for official support. If a featured Pokémon evolves for a special move, verify the event window and any post-event bonus period before evolving. Never use unofficial “free reward” forms that ask for your account login.
